Reverend Richard Receives Ramp

On Saturday, September 26th, the Pallbearers went out to a veteran’s house to replace his limited access ramp at the entrance of his home. We were greeted by several veterans from the area who also came out to help clean up the overgrowth around Richard’s house.

We worked together to clear up the overgrown trees and shrubs up against the house and roof, and cleared a suitable spot to install the access ramp to allow Reverend Richard to safely go from his porch to his driveway.

9/13 Update: We have disassembled he wheelchair ramp and are in the process of finding it another home. Thank you to Tammy for donating to help another veteran in need.

We have been given the opportunity to rehome a handicap accessible ramp for a veteran in need. It is an aluminum ramp to allow wheelchair or handicap access to a first story entrance. It is adjustable to fit different locations and dimensions. If you know of any veterans in the area who could use this ramp, please reach out to the Pallbearers MC on Facebook. It will be free of charge to a veteran in need. If you would need help in taking it down and setting it back up at its new home, we are willing and able to help in any way we can.
